Lars Iking

Lars Iking was born in Neuwied (Germany). He studied Law, Philosophy, and History at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Germany) and at the University of Florence (Università degli Studi di Firenze, Italy), and finished his studies of Law with the First Law Examination. He is currently working at Mainz University. There, he is working on his doctoral thesis on ancient legal philosophy. Lars has got teaching experience in English, German, and Italian. He is an alumnus of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation (Studienstiftung des deutschen Volkes) and a member of German-British Jurists’ Association (Deutsch-Britische Juristenvereinigung), German-Italian Jurists’ Association (Deutsch-Italienische Juristenvereinigung), and of the Association for the German Language (Gesellschaft für deutsche Sprache).

Lars is a translator of the English and of the Italian language authorised by the President of the Higher Regional Court Koblenz for legal matters in Rhineland-Palatinate. He focuses on certified German translations from English and Italian as well as on literary translation. Lars has been a founding member of our partnership since 2018.

Marco Nichele

Avv. Marco Nichele, LL. M. was born in Castelfranco Veneto (Italy). He studied Law at the University of Padua (Università degli Studi di Padova, Italy) and passed his bar exam in Italy in 2013. In 2016, he also obtained a Master of Laws (LL. M.) in German Law at Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz (Johannes Gutenberg-Universität Mainz, Germany). Marco is working as a lawyer in an international law firm in Padua (Italy). He is a member of German-Italian Jurists’ Association (Deutsch-Italienische Juristenvereinigung).

Marco was a founding member of our partnership until 2020.
